We offer two scanning options: the Basic Scanner and the Advanced Scanner. The Basic Scanner features a user-friendly menu interface, while the Advanced Scanner utilizes scripts for more flexibility. Both scanners include a wide range of pre-defined Factory Scans. Users have the ability to easily copy, customize, save, and re-use the parameters of these scans according to their specific needs.

The stock market forecasts and advisories from ChartAlert are applicable to both the cash and derivatives segments of the stock market, covering all timeframes. This comprehensive approach allows users to effectively navigate and capitalize on market opportunities.

We provide a range of trading and investment advisory reports, stock market forecasts, and end-of-day data for charts and scans. These resources can be downloaded at least four times a day, specifically during after-market trading hours between 6 PM and 10 PM.

In addition, we offer two snapshot day trading reports during market hours, at 11:15 AM and 2:15 PM.

All the data and reports are securely stored in a proprietary and encrypted format, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality. Please note that the use of this information is restricted to the ChartAlert platform.

No, you do not need to be online while using ChartAlert.

The internet connection is only required for downloading data files, which are available a few times a day and take only 1 or 2 minutes to download.

Once downloaded, all the data files are stored on your computer, allowing you to access advisories, end-of-day charts, and end-of-day scans offline.

You have control over how much storage space you want allocated to the archived data and reports. The downloadable data files can reach up to 6 MB per trading day, and if not managed properly, they can consume a significant amount of hard disk space over time.

To address this issue, the software provides a data maintenance feature that allows you to delete old and unused data files from your computer.

Furthermore, the software has an archival time limit of 3 months, meaning it retains data for a maximum of 3 months. It is advisable to regularly utilize the data maintenance feature to optimize system resources and enhance software performance.

To access the Data Testing & Maintenance feature, simply navigate to the “Data” section in the top menu bar of the software.
