To begin using ChartAlert on your computer, you must first register with us. If you don’t have an account yet, please sign up at our primary website, ChartAlert.com .

Verify your Email ID

During the sign-up or registration process, you will receive an email to authenticate your Email ID. Please check your email account (inbox, spam or junk folder, bulk mails folder) for our message and click on the verification link to confirm your Email ID.

Once registered and verified, you will be assigned a permanent 16-digit UserID, which will be associated with your evaluation or subscription account. These credentials, including your Email ID and Password, are necessary to activate and use ChartAlert on your computer.

In case you misplace or forget your credentials (16-digit UserID, Email ID, and Password), you can easily retrieve them by selecting the “Forgot Password” option.

Download, installation and activation instructions will come by email

Upon successful payment, our webserver will automatically send you an email containing instructions for downloading, installing, and activating ChartAlert.

The email will include download links for the latest version of ChartAlert, which is available as a .MSI file.

Before proceeding with the installation, please ensure that you scan the downloaded .MSI file with your personal anti-virus software. Once verified, simply double-click on the downloaded file to initiate the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of ChartAlert on your computer.

After a successful installation, when you launch the software for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your credentials (16-digit UserID, Email ID, and Password). Please provide your credentials in the designated fields within the software to activate ChartAlert on your computer, granting you access to the designated evaluation trial or subscription plan.

Download and install historical datasets

To download and install historical datasets on ChartAlert, follow these steps:

1. Click on Data in the top menu bar of the software.
2. Select Download Historical Data from the dropdown menu.
3. The historical data will be automatically downloaded and installed on your computer’s hard drive.

Once you have completed these steps, ChartAlert will be ready for use on your computer.
